Creating Memories for KLM
The project aims to create loyal customers for KLM with a long time investment: a set of experiences that starts from childhood till early adulthood. The product suggestions are based on KLM corporate identity and various academic research about memory.
By creating memories for KLM customers we aimed for the company to have long lasting and loyal relationships with customers of the future.
Initially we made a research to understand KLM better. We found a century long history to be proud of, very significant and continuous growth.
KLM to keep their existing product line for children and enhance these subbrands with additional products, that target different age groups. This project can be the framework.
